Return and Exchange Policy
Online Purchases
Elwan accepts returns in their original condition with the original invoice. Different policies may apply to in-store purchases.
Full-Price Products
Must be returned within 30 days from delivery by mail. Include a printed version of the digital invoice from your shipment confirmation email. Refunds will be processed once received and inspected at the warehouse.
Corporate Gifts
Must be returned to ElwanBrand.com within 10 days from delivery.
Beauty Products
Can be returned unopened and in the original cellophane wrapping within 10 days from delivery.
Outlet and Wholesale Purchases
Products bought online cannot be returned to outlet stores, department stores, or other distributors.
Condition of Products
Products that are worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Some items like jewelry, watches, sunglasses, and ready-to-wear must have the return tag intact.
Right to Refuse
Elwan may refuse returns that don’t meet these requirements.
Processing Returns
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Instructions
Easy return instructions are included with each shipment. We will notify you by email once your return is processed.
Matching Items
Items returned must match those listed in the return request.
Personalized and Made-to-Order Products
Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not accepted for customized products. Customized items may look different from photos or samples.
Exchanges
Exchange Process
For exchanges, return the original product for a refund and place a new order online. Elwan will notify you if unable to fulfill the new order.
Exchanges for the same product in a different size can be made through the Self-Service Exchange Portal on elwanbrand.com. Return the original product as instructed, and a new order will be placed. Elwan will cover shipping costs for the return. Prices may vary due to changes in product price or sales tax.
Lack of Conformity
Reporting Defects
If your product has defects, contact Elwan Client Services at contact@elwanbrand.com.
Repairs and Replacements
If seeking a repair or replacement, Elwan will cover delivery costs both ways.
